How to replace the front brake calipers on Chevrolet Cobalt?

Drivers should follow these steps to replace their front brake caliper. They must first raise and stabilize the vehicle before removing the tire and wheel assembly. Reassemble front disc brake pads before performing hydraulic brake bleeding and applying gradual brake pressure for 2/3 of pedal travel and releasing it slowly. Allow the Brake Pedal to stay engaged for 15 seconds then perform the process again until the Brake Pedal maintains firmness to properly position the brake caliper pistons with the pads. Lower the car following tire and wheel reinstallation.
