Before replacing the front brake hose you must use safety stands to lift and stabilize the car plus take off its front wheels and tires. Bypass any foreign matter from the brake hose ends before starting service work. Deflate the Brake Line from the hose connection point before taking out the retaining nut and clip which secures the front brake hose. Begin service by taking off the upper
Control Arm bracket and retaining bolt of the front brake hose then releasing both the front brake caliper bolt and hose gaskets before taking out the brake hose. Remove the front brake hose from its installed position. Apply new gaskets to the front brake hose ends and reinsert it into the vehicle after. Fix the front brake hose retaining bolt to the brake caliper first then bolt the bracket and arm together at 20 nm (15 ft. Lbs.). Secure the retaining clip and nut onto the front brake hose but keep them straight and away from suspension parts. Join the brake pipe from the front wheel to the brake hose while using 20 nm torque settings (15 ft. Lbs.). Next, purge air from the brake system. Reinstall the tires and wheels after you take off the safety stands and bring the vehicle down.
