The inspection of the Engine Mount begins with j 28467-90a engine support adapters and j 28467-b universal engine support fixture installation. Reinstall all brackets in order of the a/c compressor bracket bolts and power steering oil cooler pipe brackets as well as right engine splash shield and right front tire and wheel and Catalytic Converter. The procedure concludes by lowering the vehicle after Engine Mount strut installation followed by ducting the throttle body air inlet correctly while handling the Drive Belt and fuel injector sight shield installation until the battery ground cable connection is completed.

Lbs.). The technician should lower their position and engine and support them properly before mounting the right engine splash shield and right front wheel and tire. You should reconnect the three-way catalytic converter pipe to the right Exhaust Manifold and lower the vehicle before adding the engine mount struts along with reinstalling the throttle body air inlet duct before completing the installation with the battery ground cable.

The first step to change the right Engine Mount Bracket requires users to disconnect the battery ground cable followed by removing the throttle body air inlet duct. Start by removing engine mount struts then boost the vehicle with safe anchoring in position. Start by moving the three-way catalytic converter pipe from the right Exhaust Manifold then disconnect the right front wheel with its tire and remove the right engine splash shield. Insert the engine support fixture and elevate the engine after unscrewing bolts that attach the Engine Mount Bracket to the Oil Pan. The procedure starts with removing upper engine mount nuts before separating the Engine Mount Bracket from it. Join the Engine Mount Bracket to the engine mount and fasten engine mount upper nuts tight to 43 nm (32 ft. Lbs.). Gather the Engine Mount Bracket to the Oil Pan with bolts until they achieve 58 nm (43 ft. Lbs.). The technician should lower the vehicle and engine before raising it for right engine splash shield and right front wheel and tire installation. Proceed with connecting the three-way catalytic converter pipe to the right Exhaust Manifold after vehicle positioning and engine struts installation then reinstate the throttle body air inlet duct followed by ground cable attachment.

Remove the left front engine mount bracket bolts and the right rear engine mount bracket bolts from the engine.

Reinstall the engine mount.

First, remove the engine mount and the upper nuts from the engine mount.

Tighten to 58 Nm (43 ft. lbs.).

Tighten the bolts to 58 N.m (43 lb ft) and then lower the engine using the utility stand.

Remove the engine mount upper nuts and take the engine mount from the engine mount bracket.

Tighten to 58 Nm (43 ft. lbs.).

Remove the A/C compressor and its mounting bracket without discharging the system, securing the compressor afterward.

Reattach the power steering oil cooler pipe brackets to the frame, followed by the right engine splash shield and retainers, and the catalytic converter to the right side exhaust manifold.

Remove the upper engine mount strut bracket bolts and the upper engine mount strut bracket.

First, install the Engine Support Adapters (J 28467-9OA) and the Universal Engine Support Fixture (J 28467-B).

Install the Engine Support Adapters (J28467-90A) and the Universal Engine Support Fixture (J28467-B) to raise the engine.

Remove the right exhaust manifold pipe stud nuts from the catalytic converter and the engine mount lower nuts from the frame.

Lower the vehicle, remove the engine support fixture, install the engine mount struts, reinstall the throttle body air inlet duct, and reconnect the battery ground cable.

Lower the engine on the engine mount and tighten the nuts attaching the engine mount to the frame or engine mount bracket.

Take out the engine mount struts and raise the vehicle for support.

Lower the vehicle, install the engine mount struts, throttle body air inlet duct, and reconnect the battery ground (negative) cable.

Use the Engine Support Adapters (J 28467-90A) and the Engine Support Adapter Leg Set (J 36462-A) as needed.

Remove the right exhaust manifold pipe stud nuts from the catalytic converter and the engine mount lower nuts from the frame before lowering the vehicle.

Remove the engine mount lower nuts and raise the engine using the universal engine support fixture.

Tighten the upper nuts to 43 Nm (32 ft. lbs.).

Remove the throttle body air inlet duct, engine mount struts, and raise the vehicle using appropriate supports.

Install the engine support fixture.

Remove the engine mount struts and raise the vehicle using a suitable support.

Use the universal engine support fixture.
