The last step involves fastening the radiator inlet hose clip to the outlet duct then securing all the air cleaner outlet duct clamps at the Throttle Body and maf/iat sensor locations while tightening clamp screws to 7 nm (62 inch lbs.).

Slowly release the tension on the A/C belt tensioner, remove the ratchet, and clean and inspect the belt surfaces of all pulleys.

Clean and inspect the belt surfaces of all the pulleys.

Remove the breaker bar and socket, then inspect the drive belt for proper installation and alignment.

Route the drive belt around all the pulleys except the idler pulley.

Place the A/C belt around the crankshaft balancer, then use a ratchet in the A/C drive belt tensioner adapter opening to rotate the tensioner clockwise again.

Slowly release the tension on the A/C belt tensioner, remove the ratchet, and clean and inspect the belt surfaces of all pulleys.

Reinstall the breaker bar with hex-head socket to the belt tensioner bolt, rotate the tensioner clockwise to relieve tension, and place the drive belt under the idler pulley.

Connect the radiator inlet hose clip to the outlet duct, and tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamps at the throttle body and the MAF/IAT sensor to 4 Nm (35 inch lbs.).

The belt installation tool will release from the belt.

Install the drive belt under the idler pulley and slowly release the tension on the belt tensioner before removing the breaker bar and socket.

Clean and inspect the belt surfaces of all the pulleys.

Place the A/C belt around the crankshaft balancer and use the ratchet to rotate the A/C belt tensioner clockwise to relieve tension.

Remove the A/C belt from the pulleys.

Install the A/C belt over the idler pulley and around the A/C compressor pulley.

Remove the belt from the pulleys and the drive belt tensioner, then slowly release the tension on the drive belt tensioner.

Use a ratchet in the A/C belt tensioner adapter opening to rotate the tensioner clockwise.

First, remove the accessory drive belt.

Slowly release the tension again.

Clean and inspect the belt surfaces of all the pulleys.
